One of the worst hospitals in faridabad, even government hospital is better than this hospital. Non cooperative staff, you won't get any support from Night doctor too because they have to sleep on duty. If you are going for x-ray or ultrasound then you have to wait for 3 days for the report. And most of the reviews are paid reviews from Just dial.

Got treatment of my son recently, very much impressed with the care and attention given by doctors as well as nursing staff. The cleanliness maintained in the wards are really appreciable. Would recommend this hospital for ones in need.

Hospital staff promise that availablity of Eyes doctor Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM but reality is different I visited in Hospital on 4, 6 and 16 Sep 23 but all time Eyes doctor not available please prefer different Hospital for specialist doctor

My son was admitted under Dr. Mukund, and he had taken all possible steps for speedy recovery of my son. The nursing staff was available round the clock, and there response was quick. The sanitation and hygenie of the hospital too was properly maintained. Overall, great hospital with a very good staff.

This hospital has given me worst experience in regards to insurance claim and billing. My mother got discharged from hospital by 13th April 2023 and bill is not settled even by 5th July. I am dealing with account head and few superior positioned employees but they are neither supportive not they are committed. Even after insurance agency has approved claim, but this hospital is not refunding balance amount. Will never recommend this hospital

My experience of the treatment for my Wife and Daughter in this hospital was great. Doctors and nurses are brilliant and professional, but the supporting staffs such as Emergency ward staff and billing staff must be courteous, professional, responsible, fair and kind towars patients. I am especially grateful to Mr. Pramod Swain ji (Asst. Manager) for all your help and best services provided to me.

Today I went to the hospital for treatment on 2 floor . This floor have general wards and wards are very unhinging, bad smell is coming from ward . The staff of 2nd floor was fighting very loudly. Thank you

I had been admitted in the hospital because of Typhoid. I had been treated by Dr. Mukund. He is a a great doctor, and ensured providing me with every detail of my illness and tried his level best to discharge me at the earliest. The nursing staff on the other hand is excellent and are available round the clock.
